wwdc live chatWe had over 600 participants in the live chat, pushing over 1500 messages. That’s 5 times more than the last live chat, so we’re totally awesomed!

I’d also like to thank app developers who gave out promo codes. In case you didn’t get one, here’s what you missed out on.

Rowmote and Rowmote Pro: The best Apple Remote replacement on the app store, allows you to control not only Front Row, but a variety of apps. With a clean interface, and easy connectivity, Rowmote is definitely one of the must have apps on the store.

Eucalyptus: The ebook reader which made a whole lot of news out of its initial rejection at the app store, was worthy of all that noise. You get access to the huge project Gutenberg library, and the slick interface makes you feel like you’re reading an actual book (or the next best thing).

Bjango’s Beats, Cities, and Darkness: Known for their awesome user interfaces, Bjango’s apps are best at what they do. The beats app effortlessly allows you to measure BPM and output a metronome, while Darkness is the most advanced clock you could have on any device. Don’t know much about Cities.

HoloSnaps: The first iPhone app from Embraceware (makers of Awaken for Mac), Holosnaps turns your iPhone into a virtual hologram. Coupled with a slick interface, it’s a fine app to consider.

Read it Later Pro: My new favourite app on the store, Read It Later is the best offline reader for the iPhone. Got a great user interface, which just keeps getting better. You can start with the free version to test the waters.

And above all, thanks to Cover It Live for offering us a platform to conduct this live chat. Hope to have you all at the next Apple Event.
