		<description>VisualHub is currently still working. So if you have your license and software backed up, you can continue to use it for some time to come. Filmredux on the other hand is still not a final product. You need to manually compile it using Xcode and the outcome is far from perfect. 

You could check out our posts on iFlicks and Handbrake (use the site search) for alternatives to VS.</description>

		<description>VisualHub as it now stands is a perfectly functioning application. However, as the future presents itself, we will slowly find that the current app cannot cope up. That&#039;s why yippee hurray to the Tenspansion guys for making this open source. I hope the OSS guys can handle it though.</description>

		<description>Heyy the Techspasion guys have put up instructions to back up VisualHub and AudialHub in case we need a fresh install of Mac. Even if it weren&#039;t open we could still use it for ages and ofcourse QTP will compliment it pretty well</description>

		<description>this is great news. I come across people with a need to convert their video into various formats and have had to point them to Quicktime Pro instead of VisialHub. Let&#039;s hope this gets off the ground soon!</description>
