my old Musima is near impossible to tune manually. let alone the need to carry around the chord dictionary. shame about the icon, but the interface looks rather nice.

Yay! Giveaway has been done with. Winners contacted, and things sorted out. I just can't remember the names so unless someone demands for them, we'll leave things the way they are.

@Nathan: I hear the reverse engineering of chords is coming in the 1.3 update. Now that will be an awesome feature.

Whoa! So all chords with their respective variations are there? How did I miss this one?

Do include me in the giveaway!

Though the tuner probably wont work on my iPod Touch as I do not have a mic for it, I'll probably buy it, even if its just for the chords. I have an old Zoom 505 processor for tuning, metronome and other stuff.

Even people pretty good at playing the guitar don't take the plight of learning all the chords, as far as I have seen.

This was the first app I purchased for my iPhone, and it's been very handy. Very well designed, and the tuner has been perfect for tuning my acoustic (something my boss stomp-box tuner can't do).

I disagree about the icon. Even though it's non-standard, it's still well done and doesn't look out of place.

One thing I would love to see, is the ability for Chords to work in reverse. I often play around with odd shaped chords when writing, so it would be nice to mark the frets and for the app to tell me what the name of the chord is.

Ukulele support, alongside the Mandolin would be nice too.
