Simplenote App goes Free, Ad-Supported →

[tweetmeme]Simplenote app, the quick and clean note taking app from Cloud Factory and the overall winner from our roundup of Notes app has just gone free on the App Store. The new version is now ad-supported, with the ads powered by the brilliant Fusion Ads Network. To remove the ads, you can choose to upgrade to the Premium version, which is currently going for 50% less.

Please note that as an existing, paid user—even if you haven’t subscribed to premium—you won’t suddenly see ads on your device. You’ve already paid for the right to use the app ad-free. Of course, you have the option to enable ads if you want.
