I have many friends that rely on me to discover interesting stores (politics, tech, humor, whatever) and Bulletin makes it easy. It's not the greatest UI, but it gets the job done. If Reeder could post to Facebook, that's what I would use. I have greatly reduced the number of feeds I track, but I use my iPhone for so much of my intake (blocked sites at work, watching TV in the evenings) that RSS still makes sense.
