I agree with the commenter above me! I was hoping to see that this patch would be fixing my now completely-broken-by-iOS4 iPhone 3G. It's all but unusable now. I am at the end of my 2 year contract and ready for a new phone- but really don't now what to do now as I am so mad at Apple over this. My husband recently bought an Android phone and while he likes it I don't feel like it's quite "there" for me yet- but I may make the jump out of spite.

The question is, will it fix all the iPhone 3G's out there that are now unusable because iOS4 made them so slow. I can barley even type on mine. Sometimes iPod takes maybe 10 seconds to open! That's unacceptable. If Google had a proper way to listen to my iTunes purchased audio books on Android I'd be jumping ship. My 3G has a slight crack and is full so it's time to upgrade, but I don't want an iPhone 4.
