Get Free Apple Stuff [Stealing Superguide] →

Not to forget, there was another bit of news today — Cult of Mac published a step by step guide on how to pirate iOS apps! Editor Kahney quickly retracted the entire post, and replaced it with an apology. If you missed it, no sweats, Anshu Chimala’s brilliant parody carries with it the very essence of the original:

After a flood of reader emails, we’ve developed this how-to guide about getting as many free Apple devices as you want.

Disclaimer: Anshu Chimala strongly opposes stealing Apple stuff, we think people should remunerate Apple for their hard work. However, we also recognize that it can sometimes be useful to steal before you buy. If you use the guide, keep in mind that you do so at your own risk.

Can be useful aye? So I suppose you wouldn’t mind if someone figured out how to syphon your ad dollars directly from the revenue of your sight? I mean really, to come out and say that you support piracy adds a layer of sleaze to your sight.

Where exactly do I say that?! You seem to have gotten the wrong meaning. Next you’ll say I support killing Apple Store geniuses.

Enlighten me.

This post links to a parody on the Cult of Mac article encouraging piracy. If you seriously thought I wanted to encourage people to break into Apple stores and steal computers while killing employees, you need to get yourself a textbook on sarcasm.

Site. Also, that’s a ridiculous comment.

Yup, I fucked up. Didn’t realize it was a parody. Almost as bad as getting onion’d. Please except my sincerest apologies. Should have read the whole thing.
